Our Mission is to assist ethnic children and their families in settling and integrating into the New Zealand way of life, contributing to the social, cultural, and economic development of New Zealand while retaining their own cultural heritage.
Organisation structure
The board comprises of no less than Three Trustees and no more than Eleven Trustees. Members of Waikato Ethnic Family Services Trust elect a management committee which includes Chairperson, Treasurer and Secretary. The Management committee employs a manager to cater to the day to day running of the business.
