Organisation structure
KYDT trust deed states at all times there be no fewer than three (3) nor more than six (6) Trustees of the Trust. We currently have four Trustees and the Manager that constitute our governance board, this includes Chairperson,Treasurer and Secretary. The Board also reflects the community it seeks to serve, so having kaumatua and Maori representation is imperative.
